Long-term outlook - extremely bullish. Short-term - Neutral.

The opinions above are strictly my own based on several factors as follows:
1) My long-term outlook is based primarily on XCRT's announced intention to upgrade to NASDAQ.
2) My short-term outlook is based primarily on the fact that XCRT will likely require a reverse split to meet the minimum Nasdaq requirements for initial listings.
Suffice to say, that OTC traders HATE reverse splits and will reflexively sell tickers no matter the reason once an RS is announced.

I have two "mid-term" outlooks. The first runs from the RS announcement to the first day of trading on NASDAQ. I would expect trading to be quite volatile during this period of time as XCRT bulls and bears struggle over a target price for XCRT in the near term.
My second "mid-term" outlook would run for the first few months of trading on NASDAQ. This will depend on any guidance or actual revenue numbers for XCRT over the first 6-12 months of operation starting in Q3 2023. I picked that quarter because ESN wasn't officially acquired by XCRT until 7/24/2023.

More information should be forthcoming as some of the unknown numbers in their initial S-1 filing become known in future Amended S-1 filings.
