It's called being a realist folks.

Realists realize this will never be approved based on the crap P3 data. Just because the company puts out a puff piece in JAMA, the many reasons this has zero chance have been well gone over by numerous oncologists commenting on the trial results and bears alike. The company changed this to an exploratory trial when they threw out the original protocol and admitted the trial was neither adequate or well designed to try and prove efficacy. Redesigning the trial well after all patients have been treated and both primary PFS and secondary OS events have been met to end it is the reason they are trying a hail mary with the MHRA. The FDA would laugh this out of the building it is so bad.

Kick the can down the road til Advent is built out and sold.
