No announcement of a contract. Only the prototypes waiting on an order. LQMT have their fingers crossed 🤞.
and only if it is marketed as a medical device does it need FDA APPROVAL.

In other words if the hard to find pre market application is turned down the product can be still sold as a smart ring just as well as other brands are doing now.

But the competition can be blown out of the water if they receive it. Imo, which all know is not worth more than the price of a LQMT share, the bet is on FDA approval. That would give LQMT greater exposure to more sales and help them secure other successful prototype contracts and rumors of one.

It doesn’t matter how you find the light to the end of this dismal tunnel. Sometimes the rumors and hype can also shed its own light. Even if it only flickers for two weeks.

The FDA has 90 days to give tiny minuscule movano an answer. They may have that answer already as data tends to be delayed at the FDA for public viewing. The FDA may or may not request more information.

There is imo, no contract yet. Thus no SEC update. At least the ink is not dry.
