Dude 100% this company is always looking for externalization of blame. Note in their latest PR:

As described in the Company's prior update, it is anticipated that the publisher/QC team will need several weeks to complete their work on both the last portion of the MAA package and the integrated whole. Their work is independent of the Company.



Every step of the way it is blame on other parties. How else would they rally retail given their slow progress? Distract and Deflect with the David vs Goliath or AMC narrative.
