TP would like to believe that the modulators that came from foundries were cherry picked for testing. No evidence for this whatsoever and how exactly would you “Cherry pick” for ALT accelerated life testing. You couldn’t possibly know which were the best or functional without first putting them through the ALT process anyway.

One has to explain how the foundries produced these modulators without a PDK whose files and methods are ported by Lightwave to foundries for PDK development to even make the modulators. The foundries are not into making prototypes. These modulators are coming back from operational PDK’s.

Good luck in explaining how foundries make and send completed modulators back to Lightwave for ALT testing without operational PDK’s
