This PR just said we haven't submitted to the publisher and since we updated now you we have no intention on updating you when we actually do. I dont think they intend on submitting to the publisher in 2023 at all. Notice how this PR makes no mention of when they intend on making the MHRA submission despite the "Doubling Down" in the 10Q. When they released the 10Q they 100% knew that November submission was not happening. I am guessing that whoever wanted to unload shares has gotten their fill and they are now ready for retail to get fed up and sell it back to the 60s so Friends and Family can buy again for the next reload. They are making it really difficult for the apologists to keep defending them but alas they will never stop.
