Why would a large investment firm invest here. Are you kidding me? Can they even submit an application 3 plus years in since data lock and can't even meet their submission deadlines 1x and about to be 2x which is already horrendously late even when they do submit. The CEO enriches herself at the expense of funding 2 CDMOs and gets nailed with related party transactions by the SEC which they settled monetarily. They can only operate in syncronous mode, aka doing one thing at a time (TLD - Journal - Advent Cert - MHRA). And current stuck in mud operation right now is MHRA submission. The next stuck in mud operation is to wait for MHRA and then MHRA RFI Response to get to MHRA Acceptance. This is how bad this company operates. Oh and BTW they have no operating capital.
