Your spin is comical. I would tend to blame the 7 Market Makers, their friends, and probably the FDA for making it so difficult to submit. One million pages of documentation that could have been summarized in 20 pages or so. The statistical significance is undeniable and it is a deadly disease.
Without LP & LL this company would have died a slow death by now. As it stands, you will loose your battle shortly.
