That is what happens when you plan to do it at the last possible moment. Illness delays a companies reporting duties? Procrastinators! That is even if their excuse is accurate or more BS. Like some grown ass adults that are not prepared ahead of time and plan to submit at the last minute. I don't let that fly even with my employees. They are all adults and should have had it done prior to "I am ill". Then saying that the company doing the fins are ill at the same time. Nice try!

Mark needs a come to Jesus moment as he is making his shareholders "ill". Grow up and do what I tell my employees. Be ethical and: "Say what you will do, do what you say you'll do and then prove it!" Start with more doing and less saying.

Not sure how he can even look in the mirror and see an ethical/competent "man". Flighty and flying by the seat of his pants. Never hits his own stated timelines. All I can say is grow up Mark! You act and work like a man-child. Definitely can't be making your family proud which should be the number 1 thing that most men are striving for in life.
