What is very clear is that Lightwave has been receiving operational modulators from foundries. Do you really think this was done without an operational PDK? I do not.

Then the phrase “> 2 foundries” is on the presentation in October. We know that he actually had 7 foundries developing PDK’s . So why not just say they have 7 foundries working on PDK’s.? No “> 2 foundries” have produced modulators so we have > 2 foundries with working PDK’s producing modulators. This means 3 or 4 as the likely number of foundries with operational PDK’s.
