Not saying they are waiting for such things definitively, but perhaps it's a possibility

They are postponing for something

What is puzzling is WHY

WHY postpone.

And if you are going to postpone WHY keep throwing out bogus timelines and expectations.

IMO they knew for a FACT they would not meet the Mid October submission date, just as they knew for a FACT they wouldn't have TLD available to be published in September 2020 when they stated it multiple times that year summer.

Just as I now believe they know for a FACT they won't have submission in November.

The burning question is WHY. Why all the BS.

They have the JAMA. They have LL on the SAB. They obviously have angle investors who are still willing (or dumb enough) to buy their BS. They have what looks like a pretty good shot at successful litigation (which will take years)

Why keep making shit up?
