The real problem with this company is that even if we shareholders all vote down on everything, LP and the gang holds majority of voting shares, so they can make the decision and vote for whatever they want to do and make it happen for their sake.

All we can do is just sit and wait and see it happens.
There's nothing we can do but just waiting...
