They will announce a Dividend ex date when you would have to be a holder. Im assuming they will make that date toward the future which will give people ample time to be in. If they will make it a past ex date such as 10/11/2023 it would protect loyal longs but screw new investors. Todays PR talked about dividends on the entire float being bought so i believe people will still have time to get in imo.
