Stock forecasting is not bullshite'. It just adds very little weight and should be treated as such. How does anyone forecast something based heavily on irrational pricing. Just look at price to earnings....and there it is. I owned VTR(Ventas) in the past. Look at their price to earnings. !!Or look at SHAK(Shake Shack).

SHAK is up over 30% in 2023....and I won't dare post their P/E because it may cause one's eyes to bleed.

The market is irrational and always will be. In order to have forecasting add more weight...the irrational must be factored in.

That is not so easy.
