IWM is the trailer trash of the big three, however because it is quick footed, it very often leads the other two when major direction changes occur. Sure didn't this past week though, which gets me back to my earlier post. The market appears to be going through a messy topping period. Now that RSP is above SPY the end of this topping period may very well be sudden, and stunning. GLTY.
