I responded to you earlier about CDIX, but did you see the 8-K just released by CDIX? I think it's huge! They have eliminated their debt by paying off their convertible notes. That clears the path for them to move forward. With this 8-K and with with generating $1.98 Million in Net Income for the 3rd Quarter, they are now on track for averaging $7,920,000 per year. With an OS of 1,326,475,613 shares, this makes CDIX worth well over .055+ per share and that's with using 10 for a P/E Ratio. The beauty about this valuation is that it is from "actual" generated Net Income and not from speculation. I'll organize the valuation later to help investors see such, but I suggest all to simply do the math and see for themselves to see what they will come up with:
