Sure she can. I mean really - why give shareholders ACTUAL DETAILS about anything solid to cheer about? Why boost the share price up, with news of good things ACTUALLY happening? No one wants a higher share price, right???? Why give any good news that would actually make it rise, when you can keep the shareholders in the dark, and the share price below the $.01 up list threshold??? RIGHT?????
