(TSX-V: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF) (the "Company" or "Edgewater Wireless") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of 24 months from the closing date.
