How long will this take I wonder.

One possibility is to raise share price above the warrant exercise price (.08) in last offering so these people purchase the shares. That offering was in December and raised about $1.9 mil.so if they all cashed in thats another 3 mil in the company coffers. Just throwing a number out lets say they push it to .20 cents on heavy volume that could be enough to entice the warrant holders to cash in and give you a chance to take some off the table. The price most likely will be back down afterwards but the company gets more $$$ to get the chips manufactured. Just a thought.

Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSXV: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF), the industry leader in Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing technology for residential and enterprise markets, announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group (“ITG”) to provide market-making services in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the TSXV and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company’s common shares.

Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of CAD$5,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement, and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. ITG and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities, and at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.

The two New York-based projects are expected to triple the existing capacity of GF’s Malta campus over the next 10-plus years, in alignment with expected market requirements and customer demand. Construction of the new fab will leverage the GF site’s existing infrastructure and ecosystem, enabling a fast and efficient path from construction to production.

In aggregate, these projects represent more than $13 billion of investment over the next 10-plus years across GF’s two U.S. sites. This investment includes the $1.5 billion CHIPS and Science Act award, more than $550 million in support from the New York State Green CHIPS Program, as well as funding and support from Vermont, GF ecosystem partners and key strategic customers, and other incentives.

I always dislike the "delivery" announcements.
Opening the door to ambiguity...deliver 1 this year, or complete delivery this year. Either way a customer gets a product they are paying for, it is the right direction and with the new White House AI/ML policy, network(s) need an upgrade to support this...
