The quicker the submission happens, the quicker it gets rejected and then they have to spin spin spin. They will kick this can down the road forever until LP sells Advent. She might use the "struck by a bus" excuse. Think of how much more time she can waste without submitting anything.

Nobody with a "cure" for anything submits to MHRA before the FDA. Being rejected by the MHRA will let them slip away more quietly than being eviscerated by the FDA.
