So far I have not seen LQMT file a 12b-25 in a long time.

Or a NT 10-Q. The form that usually follows the above.

They are commonly used for mergers and acquisitions. But so far LQMT has had other extenuating circumstances in the past for filing late.

Right now it looks like LQMT is going down to the wire based on the public float.

On a less serious note, I asked my friend Li, what was meant by PATIENCE? My friend Li replied; I think you have it all wrong. The word was…
“PAY CENTS”
