People!!!! I think we all know what's going on with Ken Griffin and the Citadel mob!!! You're absolutely right. Griffin and his pals, in their own disgusting way, are pulling out all the stops to try for a "knock out" punch for Northwest Bio, because they are scared to death of loosing tomorrow's "Oral Arguments" on the big lawsuit alleging illegal spoofing and other criminal market manipulations designed to destroy NWBO and all the cancer patients in desperate need of the company's "Cell Based Platform Technology" !!! First, when the SEC adopted new trading rules that would level the playing field in US markets, Griffin tried an "end run" by convincing an Arkansas congressman to attach a "Rider" to the 2024 spending bill which would have prevented any funds from the spending bill being allocated JUST for those specific SEC rules, meaning NO IMPLEMENTATION and NO ENFORCEMENT. Then, rumor has it that they interfered with the filing process for the company's submission on their marketing application (MAA) causing a considerable delay. Then they hired the lead securities prosecutor at the DOJ for "spoofing", to work with Griffin's law firm, Quin Emanuel AND NOW they are spreading "False Time Lines" with regard to the upcoming filing dates in an attempt to "Condition The Market" before tomorrow's oral arguments, much in the same way they engineered the May 10, 2022 "Takedown" !!! AND last but not least, Griffin is pictured yesterday, in Jerry Jones "sky box" at the Dallas Cowboys football game with D.W Bush, the leader of the Republican Party!!!! Amazin ain't it what 90 billion bucks can orchestrate!!!!
So now I'm gonna tell you what's really "UP". What's really going on!!! I'm not bragging, but I'll bet that I know more influential CEO's than anyone on this board and particularly among the biotech leaders!! Here's what it's all about!! The last 20 years of Linda Powers life has been devoted to saving lives with treatments for lethal cancers and other diseases and everything she has worked for depends on filing the MAA!!!! I've spoken to 2 biotech experts and have been told repeatedly that Linda Powers would never submit the MAA application unless she knew it would be approved!! The moment the MAA is filed the entire biotech world will know that NWBO is "The Real Deal". This opens the financing floodgates and reassures institutional money that it's safe to finance and invest in Northwest and all they have to do is call any one of their big biotech clients and ask them!!!
So that's why Griffin and the rest of those "CRIMS" are terrified of the MAA being filed. It's f.....ing game over for those scumbags!!!! So pass the word around, "The market screen is not the final judge and jury in this case, the Federal Court is and no matter how many photo ops Griffin has with Bush, it ain't gonna change that!!!!
One of my big shot biotech buddies told me that without Linda Powers, this company might have been tricked into a deficient filing, resulting in at least a year's delay and certain bankruptcy!!! So fight back at those bastards and buy every damn share that they put up for sale tomorrow and turn their lights out for good!!!
So in closing, I will share with you one of my biggest regrets in my life. During the time that I managed 2 public companies, one on the NYSE and another on the ASE, I didn't seize the opportunity to convey my thoughts and sincere belief in my share holders who believed that by buying a share of stock in a public company, they were somehow entitled to use fowl language in demonstrating a total lack of common decency and respect for me and my hard working employees who were determined to be successful for the benefit of those same shareholders who believed that their criticisms were more important to the overall success of the company than their offering of solutions to their perceived problems at the company!!! If I could turn the clock back, I would have told them what I will tell the woefully unknowledgeable critics of Linda Powers and Team Northwest and that is," Why Mr. Shareholder, I am surprised, no, Mystified that someone of your supposed intelligence and understanding of Northwest Biotech operations would give way to emotionalism and resort to name calling!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! Obviously, you have mistaken me for someone who respects your opinion!!!"
No point in me singling out any particular shareholders. You know who you are. You're the sniveling little cowards who choose to hide in the "shadows of the internet" and behind the faceless cell phone that allows you to communicate your poisonous words without the slightest concern for being responsible for the consequences and damage that you are inflicting on those people whose only fault is trusting in human kindness and intelligence!! You are the image of FALSE PRIDE, ARROGANCE, ANGER, RESENTMENT, ENVY and SELF PITY and the energy that fuels worldwide hatred and discontent!! What I want you to know is that there will be a "Day of Reckoning"!!!
