Larry,

As always I think Waves Cash Position will be important. I would want to see Peter's Loan repaid, proceeds from exercised options and enough cash to make it till 05 which is what everyone seems to think they have. SSPX was written down to about 55 cents a share. Not sure when that started to take off, but it sure would look better on the books at 1.50 a share VS .55. Hoping the numbers show some run way.......CL
