I put the soup/juice/stock from the roast in a large bowl and put it in the fridge over night. The oil/grease solidified and I picked most of it out, then I put the stock into to 12 oz cleaned out GatorAde bottles and froze them. That will work great for when I want to make a little gravy or such. Left one bottle of the stock in fridge for peeps to pour on leftover beef and taters. It worked out great.
