Even $110 per share land value is eye popping.
Throw in the ridiculous PE and the modest share count and very manageable debt,
then ask yourself "Are we looking a gift horse in the mouth"?
If it is put to me at $45 on Friday, I'll be a happy camper.
Coming back down to earth, the lack of a dividend is what makes this stock a hard sell.
