What we have here is a failure to communicate.

By "follow the thread", I was referring to the posts on this board. Nowhere did anyone mention anything to do with an Appellate case involving the company.

The thread began with this innocuous post from MrNormall

"Sumcoin moving.. beneficial to $BMCS & $USEI"

Eventually, waterchaser posted ...

"USEI is nothing and will never be anything"

To which, Acme Investor humorly posted ...

"Objection your honor........Hearsay!!"

And I replied with equal humor .....

"Overruled."

So tell me where you saying ...

"$USEI: Slojab: Reinstated by Appellate Court! It's HEARSAY!"

... has anything to do with anything we were talking about. Do you understand now?

$USEI: Slojab: Do you know what an APPELATE Court is? And it's function in the legal landscape?

They don't "follow threads"....i.e, look at the ENTIRE Case history 🙂!

They ONLY look at ERRORS in judgement. In this case judgement was based on hearsay!
And since the lower courts erred...
