The discussion is based on the crap data from the JAMA article showing placebo patients lived longer. What don’t you understand about that? Have you read ANY of the dissenting opinions about the trial from actual oncologists? I don’t see any oncologists who were not paid by the company and involved in the trial that are claiming the data is good. Because they understand the basics of clinical trial design and how this trial is a design failure, was run poorly, and the data sucked.
