How is it beneficial if Miller can't sell them?

I think the sp shows how beneficial the price of Sumcoin is.

USEI's market cap is $69,561

BMCS's is $5,868,329 and yet they have $70,000,000 assigned to their Sumcoin asset. And they can't pay their employees.
