When the “business plan” was fiction from Day One and the fiction was perpetuated by BS innuendo like Trane and Niterra from SHMP management, then the issue goes beyond a bad “business plan”…it goes to the ethics of those who perpetuated the fiction. And given that, SHMP management deserves the scorn and derision they are receiving.

And the people who believed the nonsense and lost money need to put on their big boy pants and accept that they have no one to blame but themselves. Not “shorts”, not CoVID, not suspiciously-timed fires, not shrimp viruses.

AND then there’s the creation and perpetuation of the Series A shares…signed off on by the CFO and CEO…

…and the unearned bonuses that management granted themselves.

Sure…his shit takes place in every market every day, from the OTC to the NYSE. Doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be called out when it happens.
