why dig for information about returning assets when WMI stated 12 years ago that classes 19, and 22 are "impaired from further recovery"?....that statement is in plain english that even a child could understand....why not discuss this statement as to its full implication?....is it temporary until the Receivership closes?.. does it depend on Libor settlements?...did WMI and A/M restructuring specialists make a mistake, or had amnesia when they brought it before the judge for signature?... Did Mike Willingham object to the inclusion of this statemment?.. Did the judge who said "equity was riding on the coattails of the hedge funds", have a lapse in memory when she made a posit of 10 billion dollars coming back?..... you see, Bizreader, there are a lot of things to discuss about this profound statement that classes 19, and 22 are "impaired".... there is no need to dig in dumpster bins for spurious information ..
