The proposed premium price per share has been valued at $10 per CUEN share. Cuentas' Board of Directors has approved the transaction, and the companies expect to complete it by the year-end of 2023. $10 a Share in... CUEN, but .... how does that value WHEN Shares? If anyone has communication with Giora, please ask them to explain the "bottom line" to the rest of us.

I notice this PR has only shown up under CUEN's purview for now; it is yet to appear under WHEN-specific News.
