People from all walks of life can and do play OTC stocks. Interesting on the timing. Now if you can find out somehow what other stocks she owns that would be good to know. Plus 5% of a penny stock isn't really that much, especially when it's in the expert market. I'm sure you could get 5% of ECEZ right now for pretty cheap ($125K) if you were allowed to buy the expert market.

Once again if it was the only OTC stock that she owned then that would really indicate something good.
