Definitely an interesting development with this 8-K filing. With Munaf/Phoenix apparently still having majority ownership here, and Phoenix employees being named to the Board of Directors, this 8-K pretty much confirms that Phoenix is still very much interested/involved with the future of the TCRI shell/company. Based on the new website and information on CFO Simon Wajcenberg's LinkedIn page, TCRI apparently is going to become a technology holding company.

One thing that does concern me a little bit about the new management is the fact that their previous publicly-traded company (EDGM -- EdgeMode) turned out to be a fairly messy situation. Some of the problems may have been associated with the difficult crypto market the last couple of years or so, but it is a bit concerning to me that they were utilizing floorless convertibles at that company. That is definitely something I am going to monitor closely going forward, and if necessary adjust my expectations here accordingly.

I would assume that with Phoenix now having two of its most high-ranking executives on the TCRI Board of Directors and a very substantial ownership position here, this company will probably be in a position to attract better sources of financing. So maybe my concern will prove not to be a significant issue. It will be interesting to see who else might become a director here, and who gets named Chairman. Could be some interesting additional names becoming involved here.

It looks like they are planning to keep the Techcom name and the TCRI symbol. The Techcom website was registered on October 24 (2 weeks) ago and the images on the site were placed there during the month of October. The website is obviously a work-in-progress, but one somewhat interesting thing on the site is in the Cookie Policy section. The third question reads: How does Phoenix Group use cookies?

It is going to be very interesting to see what happens. A lot of good/bad things could take place here going forward, but right now based on the limited information available my expectations are pretty high. I mentioned in my previous post that I thought TCRI could move pretty quickly into that 20-50 cent range (a $2-5M legacy share valuation) if some positive development occurred. I'm sticking with that belief.
