What would they be bidding for?

There is no longer any intellectual property.
There is no loyal customer base (they would know).
No viable branding to speak of.
Supply chain is not terribly complex.

What is there of value to make a bid for?

This is a serious question.

You might just as well ask if Enovis will ever simply manufacture their own device.
