Not much activity from insiders buying or selling and yet almost every day sellers out pace buyers.

I can understand the selling from 0.06 and up and the buying at any price. But who or what sells under 0.06 cents on a daily basis?

Who or what is trading shares consistently for a loss?

It’s not the insiders. I can see doing it to offset gains for taxes. But to sell throughout the year under 0.06?

It makes a great deal of sense to sell above 0.06 and up. But under? I have sold above 0.06 a few times and bought back in over the past five years to make $$$ and to increase the position. That makes a lot of sense seeing that the trend for LQMT was headed south.

It’s tax season and I get it. But to sell before tax season? Are there that many shareholders in LQMT? I don’t think so.

Perhaps someone else has the answer. I sure as heck do not. But I get a sense from time to time that everyone would love to know the answer to the selling of the shares. Of course the obvious reasoning is LQMT’s performance. But that doesn’t explain the constant drip of selling over buying for a long time now.
