Take those thoughts one step further. All it takes is for one big investor to send this stock headed north. If you assume that all this negativity blows over in a few months, and it turns out that the company really does have some valuable property, a scenario like that is quite possible.

At this point there looks like a lot of new evidence to indicate that Roger is a poor manager, and the value of the company assets are considerably less then what we have been lead to believe. Some point further down the line, after the smoke clears, the truth will emerge, and there will likely be some major changes to the company.

What does the future hold? Hard tell. It could be that this hurricane destroys everything, after all you're talking about a highly leveraged business model with very little to stand on. Or, it could turn out that there are considerable assets, and that those assets are currently selling for a tiny fraction of their net worth. At this point we really don't know.

One thing for sure, this is a penny stock, and penny stocks didn't become penny stocks become they had great management. What does however seem to set this apart from other penny stocks is the likelyhood of some significant underlying assets. Time will tell!

Good luck to those who continue to stay in the game.
