You direct your anger towards my reply to a post (137986) in which the subject matter that angers you is contained. A bit mis-directed, dontchya think?

Thanx for the mouse cliks and clarification, but I must say that Wave's after-the-sale customer service stated in the above referenced post is reflective of my own personal customer service experience from Wave's support group....on a scale of 1-10, I rate the overall experience a conservative 6.

How was/is YOUR experience w/Wave's support folks?
