Doesn't mean anything. The only matter is if Berk' was able to change to "push down" via contract. Apparently he was not...but we have not seen the detail. The owners should have stepped in much sooner with legal threats before trying to rectify with Warren over the phone last Month. You don't piss around with a snake.
After being duped in March ...they should have threatened immediately.

More importantly...if there is a loophole in the contract....huge mistake given the shift to "push down" should have been obvious. If Warren/Berk is just being arrogant...then they can f' off.
