It's not like they let the truth stand in the way of a negative review.

A SAD BUt TRUE comment, IMO.

After decades of conducting Medical device& Pharma compliance and3rd party ISO Std. audits WW my experience has been consistent w/ this comment. There are definite variations (predictably experienced ) from one global region (read culture) to another and that has shifted w/time. I can witness first hand that there are parts/regions of the world where you cannot believe anything that is said or written. And, happily, there are parts of the world where you could not get people to lie if you put a gun to their heads(obvious WOW ...BUT) . I witnessed that the type of device or med being produced had only minor direct influence on what and how people respond to inquires...it's pretty much national cultural thing. There are (IMO) parts of the world where you cannot believe a word people say or write down, the evidence/proof/validations are typically incomplete-missing-misleading intentionally and always B/C of $$$. The facts are out there. I am amazed that the liars and crooks and their cultures are tolerated, much less accepted.

long story but suffice to say (IMO) when the truth finally comes out, AVXL will rule on the medical truth scale as evidenced by the RSD Choir singing...."We are the world". Our day is coming, hang in.
