Mark954...haven't noticed anything new on TCRI/Phoenix......

Any thing new found on TCRI lately? They seem to be keeping hush hush on everything so far. Just wondering if you heard or read anything pertaining to The Pheonix Group/TCRI

The TCRI Q3 2023 report should be getting filed sometime in the next couple of weeks or so. I'm not really expecting to see any major changes in it. But as with all shells, whenever those periodic reports show up you never know if something interesting might make an appearance in those filings. I'm happy to have a position already built in TCRI because it is just not very easy right now to get large blocks under 5 cents. If this lack of selling pressure continues, and something very positive shows up in a periodic filing or 8-K, it would not be surprising at all to see TCRI move up pretty quickly into that 20-50 cent range.

I'm fully expecting to see the Phoenix IPO occur this year, or at the very latest early next year. Qin Yang is a prominent employee at Phoenix (one of the things he has done at Phoenix is financial modelling for the IPO) and he believes the IPO will happen this year.......

The Phoenix Group is a Dubai-based conglomerate with business through data center, real estate, bitcoin mining, etc. It is on track to become a publicly listed company on the ADX, the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange 4Q23.
