Dear Minister of Tourism Nicolas Grau, one more question please... and how much in US dollars (cash-ola) will a potential new Whitey/gringo lithium miner/entrepreneur have to pay "under the table" to get this special Three-Routes Expedited Permit Review process? And also, will a pre-determined portion of the primary bribe paid for this Three-Route Expedited Permitting Process be properly "channeled" into the Ministry of Mining, the SEA, corrupt bureaucrats and CChEN? Or do those departments/agencies have to paid-off separately/additionally?
