Plain and simple...FINRA, decided to put the brakes on reverse mergers with the advent of the 15C 2 -11, that pretty well killed the reverse merger market for young companies. FINRA wanted new public companies to go through the IPO process which takes longer and costs more but big boys can have the first swing at it.

It is young public companies that build this country, not big money managers. Tell that to the malted scotch crowd, but they do not want to hear it, they want to corner the public markets.
