Nyt, thanks for your reply but I do not agree with your (and many others) SCAM theories. There are just too many intelligent and successful people involved in this protracted legal battle that I can not get behind your claim. Do you think Albright is participating in this scam. How about Hudnell or Bill Parish? No, these individuals have far too much to lose if that was ever seriously a consideration. I also don't think that Emil and others conspired to set off on a boondogle just to defraud investors. Now what I will say is I believe that Emil and others within the company are taking advantage of the situation they have created for sole purpose of enriching themselves. The question becomes, are they breaking the law or doing something else criminal? I think not or something would have happened already. Are they doing something unethical that helps them while hurting shareholders like daily selling of shares by insiders? I would say categorically Yes. Are there other instances of this type of behavior? I would say more than likely. What I am wresting with is I don't normally invest in a company where the CEO is unethical, lies and manipulates situations to his benefit with total lack of regard for shareholders but I found out too late and am stuck. So now I have to count on Emil staying out of legal or regulatory trouble and Hudnell and crew doing a continued good job ultimately getting us to the finish line. AIMO, the prophet
