It's nothing more than monkey wrench maintenance. It is designed to help keep shareholders strung along. Played like a violin and strummed like a banjo. Lord Emu depends on the faithful to keep supporting the cause. Little bones have to be thrown out to shareholders on an ongoing basis, to keep them on the hook. And they ask so little.
