Why would anyone get excited about two new patents in India? Don't you remember the similar reaction when Voip pal said they were going to defend their European patents? It never happened. From what I have been told litigating patents in other countries is more difficult than here in the US. The only positive to take from this announcement is that their entire patent portfolio may be more attractive to a potential buyer if there is any interest in acquiring the company for their patents. After what we have been through who in the hell would want to go through this ordeal to monetize the patents. Still waiting for a company update on legal proceedings including trial rescheduling. the prophet
