Linda, you are about as dumb as a wet sack of shit. Alllllll you had to do was pony up a little money to submit an application today saying that you believe the sustained level above .01 from earlier in the year qualifies as the threshold and then PR it. Your stock would have immediately shot past .01 and you could have diluted for WAY more than the filing fee. Then, when you got denied, you could have blamed it on someone else and these KoolAid drinking fools would have picked up the mantle and ran straight off a cliff with it defending you.
