BonnieMac, If the Sagaliam deal goes through and we become Scientific Holding Corporation, I say this:
1. Each ENZC shareholder will receive SAGA shares guaranteed ($10.00 minimum) to be worth 4 times the value of their ENZC shares at closing today.
2. The dividend will likely be distributed in the 3rd quarter of 2024. As such, during the first two quarters, it is likely there will be announcements as to Africa, additional clinical trials, more patent filings, partnerships with big pharma companies, etc. forcing the pps of Scientific Holding Corporation to over $100.00/share making your dividend 40 times the closing value of your Enzolytics shares today.
3. The pps of Enzolytics will chase the price of SAGA making for a lucrative swing trade opportunity.
4. Scientific Holding Corporation will announce additional partnerships and cures over the next 5 years.
5. Eventually, Scientific Holding Corporation will become the world’s largest pharmaceutical company after multiple forward splits.
