This is another Sharp CYA included to keep dragging shareholders along.

"There is no date certain for the completion of the acquisition by $SRNW."

Of course there isn't a deadline or date - so if you ask Sharp when is the merger going to happen you will be banned.

On the big boards the shareholders would demand that Sharp resign because he hasn't accomplished anything of value in 2 years.

So the true believers keep up on - it happens when it happens. That is a great reason why Sharp has been a dismal failure as a CEO.
