About three weeks out from potential interim catalyst news, like submission to publicist and then submission of MAA, traders like to get in to catch the wave of interest created by PRs. There are others that get in more slowly at about 3 months out from expected price supporting news like approval, reimbursement agreements and validation of Edens which allow analysts to have more solid expectations about potential future earnings, in this case perhaps derived from comments by manufacturing partners like CRL or Advent.
