Sorry flipper, my core position has been unchanged for a decade.

I have never said the science of DCVax-L is a fraud. But that does not mean it works. There are many, many good looking science projects entering the clinic that fail to pan out. And not even experts no why.

I do not assert the P3 has shown that DC-L does not work. Problem is, that is the wrong question. The question is if the trial established it does work, and on that I have a strong opinion that it failed to do so.

The only evolution in my view have going from undecided if the trial would work to decided that it did not.

In 2015 I had not formed an opinion. I had issues with LP et all, but the trial was still the thing.
By 2016 it became the PFS primary endpoint had blown up which is very much a concern no matter how much longs deny it.
By 2018 it became clear that the secondary OS endpoint had failed.
By 2020 it became clear that even the long tail OS within the trial had failed.
